First App Delivery were a pleasure to deal with. I had an urgent package that needed to be delivered to a customer on a Friday afternoon, pick up from Somerset and drop off in Hampshire. They immediately sent a courier to the pick-up and kept me updated all the way through until the package was delivered and signed for by the customer... all within 3 hours! I would definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service.

While in London recently First App Delivery proved there is a soul and heart and real people still left in this business. I needed a collection urgently (within an hour) followed by another personal delivery later that night. Most companies simply said it was outside their parameters and could do nothing to help. First App Delivery tackled the problem immediately and this complex tight time frame delivery was completed with total efficiency, care and with no fuss, showing what exemplary customer service is all about.

I was really delighted to come across First App Delivery and the very helpful customer care on the other end of the phone, having spent a whole morning calling other courier companies who couldn't provide me with a Sunday service, yet stated 24/7 on their websites, First App Delivery took all the pain out of getting an urgent delivery to a client on a Sunday evening and, best of all, I could pay for it online too. Extremely helpful and reliable and even confirmed time of delivery following receipt by the client. Very professional and I will definitely be using First App Delivery again!

I needed a return exhibition delivery from Sydney to Istanbul. Having not booked this sort of thing for a while, I was nervous initially but First App Delivery talked me through the process and put me at ease immediately. First App Delivery provided me not only with great service, but also put my mind at rest, emailing me directly when parcels had arrived and the name of the person who had signed for them. It meant I could concentrate on ensuring I was ready for the Conference and Exhibition as I knew they were looking after the logistics. I would highly recommend them and will most certainly use them again.

First App Delivery, absolutely amazing. I had sent my passport to the DVLA but then later had a family emergency so needed it back urgently and not only did First App Delivery quickly confirm that they could take the job, they were also very reasonably priced. Once at the DVLA, they went above and beyond to retrieve my passport when the DVLA couldn't produce it, including offering to spend the night in Swansea to collect it in the morning - which I gratefully took them up on, and then received my passport very quickly after it was retrieved from the DVLA. First App Delivery Customer Care was very communicative and helpful, trying every possible avenue to get my passport back to me. They were very understanding and very patient when I was crying and spluttering on the phone for 2 days solid! I could not recommend First App Delivery highly enough, and will not be using any other courier ever again, only Eurasian.
